Admissions to all Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes of the College shall be conducted through the SAMARTH e-Governance Portal implemented by the Directorate of Higher Education (DHE), Government of Goa, in accordance with the admission schedule, eligibility criteria, reservation policy, and guidelines notified by the Directorate from time to time. The admission process shall broadly comprise the following stages:

1. Online Registration: Candidates shall register on the DHE SAMARTH Admission Portal using a valid email address and mobile number to create a unique applicant account.
2. Online Application: Registered candidates shall complete the online application form by providing the required personal, academic, and reservation details and uploading the prescribed documents in the specified format.
3. Programme and College Preference: Candidates may select the programme(s) and institution(s) of their choice as permitted under the admission guidelines issued by the Directorate of Higher Education.
4. Verification of Applications: Applications shall be scrutinized and verified by the respective institutions based on the information and documents submitted by the applicants.
5. Preparation of Merit List: Merit lists shall be prepared strictly in accordance with the eligibility conditions, merit criteria, reservation policy, and other norms prescribed by the Directorate of Higher Education and the affiliating University, wherever applicable.
6. Publication of Merit List: The provisional and/or final merit lists shall be published on the SAMARTH Portal and, where applicable, on the College website and notice board.
7. Confirmation of Admission: Candidates offered admission shall confirm their admission within the stipulated period by accepting the admission offer on the SAMARTH Portal and paying the prescribed fees online or through the approved mode of payment.
8. Document Verification: Admitted candidates shall produce the original documents for verification at the College as per the schedule notified by the institution. Admission shall remain provisional until successful verification of all original documents.
9. Vacant Seats: Any vacant seats arising after the completion of a round of admissions shall be filled through subsequent admission rounds conducted by the Directorate of Higher Education in accordance with the prescribed admission schedule.
10. Final Admission: Admission shall be deemed final only after successful verification of original documents, payment of the prescribed fees, fulfilment of all eligibility requirements, and approval by the competent authority.

The College shall strictly adhere to the admission schedule, reservation policy, eligibility conditions, and other instructions issued by the Directorate of Higher Education, Government of Goa, and the affiliating University from time to time. Any dispute arising in connection with admissions shall be governed by the rules and regulations of the Directorate of Higher Education, Government of Goa, and the applicable statutes, ordinances, regulations Prospectus, or Admission Regulations of the College/University.
