Ms. Lily Fathima Endro serves as the Deputy Controller of Examinations at Government of Goa’s College of Multidisciplinary Studies and Research, Margao-Goa. She has been actively engaged in examination administration and academic coordination for several years, demonstrating a strong commitment to maintaining the integrity, efficiency, and smooth functioning of the institution’s examination system.

In her capacity as Deputy Controller of Examinations, she has acquired extensive experience in managing the Third Year B.Com. Examinations, overseeing all aspects of examination administration, including planning, scheduling, coordination, supervision, and ensuring strict compliance with institutional policies and university regulations. Her systematic approach and meticulous attention to detail have contributed significantly to the seamless conduct of examinations and the timely completion of examination-related processes.

Ms. Endro also serves as the In-charge of T.Y.B.Com. Project Work, where she coordinates the complete project lifecycle, including planning, faculty guidance, student coordination, evaluation, and submission. Through this role, she facilitates effective collaboration between faculty members and students, ensuring the successful and timely completion of project requirements while upholding academic standards.
